PP woven bags production
From high-grade polypropylene granule to finished product, the manufacturing process at our plant is fully integrated.
Production cycle includes the following stages:
- PP film extrusion;
- converting into woven fabric;
- cutting fabric to bags;
- printing logo;
- sewing final product;
- packaging.
In production we use quality improving components, which protect from ultraviolet, prevent fibering yarns, give roughness to bag. It makes printing better and decrease bags' sliding.
 PP multifilament yarn production
PP multifilament yarn is produced with application of latest technologies and European equipment, due to which our goods' quality correponds to the world market's demands. In production of yarn we also use quality improving components. Furthermore, our technology provides producing yarn with pneumatic joints, which exclude twisting necessity.
Stuff coloring technology is mastered, and big variety of colors can satisfy the most hard to please customers.
Goods quality control is provided with the latest equipment of the Great Britain origin according to ISO 9001.
